Ian Luff has an extensive background in training/development, sales and marketing, he’s a qualified mechanical engineer and motoring expert, and this has given him strong foundations to present highly effective business training platforms to corporate audiences worldwide.
He is a highly respected pioneer in the post-license driver education industry and the founder/Principal of Drive to Survive and the Taking Speed off the Roads Campaign. This road safety initiative was endorsed by the NSW Police Minister, the late George Paciullo.
Since 1972, Ian Luff has been involved with training over 300,000 people, has worked with (11) Australian World Champions, he is a prominent media personality.
An Australian motor racing champion, and twice winner of the Bathurst 24-Hour Endurance Race, Ian Luff knows how success is driven by one’s attitude. This mindset drove him to victory at the Sental Formula One circuit in Indonesia against world-class competitors.
Never one to give up, Ian was invited to compete in the London to Mexico car rally against some of the world's most credentialed drivers and teams. Through 18 countries, this epic 17,000km journey took 30 days with Luff claiming, “With persistence, you will go the distance.”
This positive mantra inspired him to walk the Kokoda Track in memory of his late father who fought there in the Second World War.
